A trademark for Lantern Warehouse is its incredibly thin aluminium frame design.
For maximum light and a frameless appearance, our revolutionary roof lantern system has the thinnest glazing bars on the market that seamlessly merge the profiles into the glass unit seals. Other roof lanterns have thick, heavy glazing pieces that restrict light and have an unattractive appearance; not Slimline! With a more modern finish, our distinctive and ultra-thin rafters allow maximum light to penetrate the space; we say MORE SKY, LESS ROOF!
Due to rivals utilising external sizes rather than internal hole sizes, the Slimline roof lantern sizes are based on interior hole size, just like all of our rooflights. As a result, you actually get a larger roof lantern with us, about 20% larger.
Due to the enhanced rise in internal room height and the resulting increased volume of the interior space, the dynamic architectural feel of a Slimline roof lantern is far more powerful than that of a flat rooflight.
The Slimline is an excellent alternative for kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, and the majority of flat roof expansions since it has the option of an opening double glazed vent for natural air.
